Sustainable develpoment and effective managenemt of real estate market will significantly boots the socio-economic develpoment process, thus attracting investment capital for develpoment funds for the develpoment of practical contributing to the process of industrialization and modernization of the country. To ensure stable develpoment and promote the market economy to develop in the rigth direction, the state management role through the law is very nesessary. The State should constantly improve its management policies and tools to match market rules and economic develpoment.
