Abstract:

In accordance with the Land Law 2013 and Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP dated 15 May, 2014 by Government, land statistic is conducted in annually basis and land inventory is conducted once every five years. In recent years, there have improvements in the land statistic and inventory, some informatics software of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam as: TK2015, gCadas, VietMap, XM... have shortened the time to perform and improve accuracy data. However, there are still many inadequacies and errors in the processing that need to be fixed. In addition, some tables are not connected automatically with map database, and as a result, the conducting time and effect does not meet the expectation. This article shall introduce the result of the research on building automation support tools to establish tables for serving land statistics and inventory at the local and advisory unit.
