Abstract:

In our country, land inventory is performed every 5 years. Therefore, the construction of land-use maps of the government at various levels is based on above period. According to regulation of Ministry of Natural resources and Environment, there are 3 methods of constructing land-use maps including the used land survey map, used satellite image, and used previous land-use map. However, each method exposed the advantage and disadvantage. This article presents the effect of using satellite image for establishing land-use map in the highland area have been discussed.
