Abstract:
Seismic attributes analysis, in recent year, with the robust development of modern technology applied in seismic data processing and interpretation, has emerged as an effective tool to solve geological tasks such as determine direct hydrocarbon indicators, delineate oil water contacts, predict gas sand presence, and evaluate reservoir properties... This paper presents the preliminary outcomes of seismic attributes analysis in Miocene sediments of block 103 in Northern Red River basin. Seismic attributes RMS and SPA has successfully used for hydrocarbon potential reservoir delineation and characterization as well as proposes the appraisal wells in the prospects of the study area
