Abstract:

Selection of optimal envestment projects is one of the important tasks of every SEA including mineral plannings. The paper deals with the application of algorythm AHP for the envestment rangking of the Quang Ninh coal deposits in the strategic environmental assessment. In oder to establish the classificatin of the coal deposits by mean of analitic hierachy process, a multicriteria analysis model was built. In the estimation of coal deposits all factors which can have influence on the effectivness of their envestments were taken into account. They are as follows: geological-mining, environmental and socio-economical.
