Abstract:

Financial resources from land have been researched and applied in many countries in the world market economy. The exploitation of financial resources from land has been implemented in Vietnam. Recently, when the country moved to market economy. Exploiting financial resources from land in Vietnam is mainly through the determination of land prices, land use fees such as land use fees, land rent, taxes and fees through land prices. . Solutions to exploit financial resources from land mainly focus on ensuring transparency in the real estate market (including the land market), ensuring a synchrony between land policies. Some basic solutions such as: income control to ensure transparency of the real estate market; land policy should be in line with reality; group of solutions on planning and plans related to land use; group of economic and technical solutions; group management solutions.
