Abstract:

Tourism real estate is a type of real estate projects formed in areas which have potential to develop in tourism. Hotel, resort, recreational site, and other services are included in those projects. They are built and developed in all provinces of the country along the mountainous, plateau or delta areas, but potential customers are more likely attracted to projects in costal areas. In general, the potential in real estate and the one in tourism industry are matched with each other. Because Vietnam's tourism industry is facing great opportunities to move forward, so the real estate in tourism has great potential to developmen.
