Abstract:

This paper presents a method of calculating the internal force and the deformation of the pile for offshore platform considering the interaction between the piles and surround base ground. The special feature of this method is to identify the point of equivalent restraint of the pile deformed in an elasto-plastic medium of base ground surrounding the pile by using the computational tools of Strength of Materials, traditional structural mechanics, finite element method, combined with the help of computer and modern calculation methods
