Abstract:

Land use conversion is one of the hottest issues in the research field of global changing. After the renovation period, the study area was occurred very fast variation and diversity in land use, so we used chain Landsat 5 TM in time from 1989 to 2009 to assess the change process in more detail. The integration between the two methods of per-field classifier and object-oriented classification is used in this research has improved the accuracy of the research result. Then, the Markov Chain method is employed to forecast of human impacts on land use change until 2020 in Giao Thuy area. The results revealed that trends in land use change are converted frequently, which mainly reflect aquaculture land. Results also showed that a Markov model trends are not encouraging, greatly influenced the sustainable development of local.
