Abstract:
Building performance assessment system for the capital management representative in subsidiary companies of Minerals Holding Corporation-Vinacomin must ensure (1) Criteria assessment system include four groups of criteria in which emphasize the level of conservation contributed capital; (2) Methods of evaluation in accordance with the representatives; (3) Incentive mechanisms and sanctions violations have the effect of encouraging motivation to work for the representatives, help to preserve and develop the capital of Minerals Holding Corporation - Vinacomin contribution in subsidiary companies, joint venture and associated companies.
