Abstract:

Base on analysis of the geological structure characteristics, geomorphology and characteristics of recharge area, and movement of groundwater. This paper presents the division of hydrogeological condition in Hanoi area, which divided into 3 main zones such as Soc Son zone (I), Ba Vi - Huong Son zone (II) and Dong Anh - Phu Xuyen (III). In which, the hydrogeological zone II is divided into 2 sub-zones and hydrogeological zone III is divided into 7 hydrogeological zones. Characteristics of geology, hydrogeology of the zones and sub-zones analysis and assessment of the geological structure, shape and movement characteristics of groundwater characteristics for each zone and sub-zone.
